Very low calorie, high protein dish. Great with crackers or corn chips.


1.5 LB baby scallops or shrimp or sushi-quality firm white boneless fish
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Cilantro, finely chopped
10 Fresh Limes, juice only
1 tsp. Salt (or less, to taste)
Non-Metallic Dish for marinating


  1. If necessary, chop the fish into bite-sized pieces
  2. Remove seeds from the lime juice
  3. Combine all ingredients in a glass or non-metallic deep bowl. (Some salt is required)
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours
  5. Serve with crackers or corn chips.
